Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Data 360 Lead to unify enterprise customer data and enable analytics, segmentation, activation, and AI-driven engagement. You will partner with solution architects to design scalable data models, integrations, and governance frameworks across the Salesforce ecosystem.

The role requires hands-on Data 360 experience, strong integration skills with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, and a track record mentoring technical teams in a fast-paced, global delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions including Data 360.
• Experience integrating Data 360 with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or 6 years if Associate Degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Data 360 implementation projects.
• Design scalable Data 360 solutions with data ingestion, modeling, identity resolution, and activation.
• Develop integrations between Data 360 and Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms.
• Establish data governance, security, privacy, consent management, and compliance.
• Mentor developers and define development best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
