Job summary

Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team seeks a Senior Consultant who operates at the intersection of front-office strategy, Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, and hands-on AI/engineering delivery. You will lead client relationships, design solutions, and stay close to the technology to configure and troubleshoot with your team.

Qualifications

5+ years of consulting or client-facing delivery in marketing tech or CDP
3+ years hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) implementation
2+ years configuring Salesforce marketing apps (Marketing Cloud/Engagement or Agentforce)

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, design, and delivery for Data Cloud and connected marketing engagements.
Partner with CMOs and ops teams to translate business priorities into scalable data solutions.
Architect and configure Data Cloud capabilities including identity resolution and activation.
Build integrations across Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce and other front-office platforms; stay hands-on to resolve issues.
