Job summary

The University System of Maryland Advancement Consortium is seeking a CRM Project Director to lead the Salesforce modernization across eleven institutions, coordinating with campus leaders, vendors, and partners to deliver a unified fundraising platform.

You will drive project planning, governance, change management, and cross-institutional collaboration to balance consortium-wide goals with individual needs, ensuring on-time, on-budget implementation and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of project/program management experience including CRM or major system implementations.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder programs across organizational boundaries.
• Change management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day Salesforce CRM implementation across eleven institutions, within scope, budget and quality.
• Maintains integrated project plan, roadmap, and communications per governance standards.
• Monitors risks, issues, and progress; reports to executive leadership and governance bodies.
• Oversees vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure delivery and service levels.
• Fosters collaboration among campus stakeholders to support adoption and cross-institutional delivery.
