Job summary

University System of Maryland Advancement Consortium leads the Technology Modernization Program to implement a shared Salesforce CRM across eleven USM institutions. The Change Management Lead drives stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and user readiness to ensure a smooth transition from the legacy CRM to Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• Five years of change management or related experience in technology adoption and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience supporting large-scale CRM/ERP or enterprise technology implementations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM concepts is preferred.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups and manage adoption challenges across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategy within the Salesforce Center of Excellence and align with the implementation roadmap.
• Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and user readiness plans to promote adoption.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments across campuses, identifying risks and mitigation needs.
• Coordinate with project teams and executives to align change activities with milestones, releases, and go-lives.
• Define, monitor, and report adoption metrics to governance stakeholders and leadership.
