Job summary

SuccessMetrics is reshaping how enterprise software services are delivered using AI-driven engineering and small, capable teams. You will work directly with customers to design and deploy Salesforce-based solutions, leveraging AI and automation to accelerate delivery and ensure successful production handover.

The role emphasizes ownership, architecture reviews, and strong collaboration with CIOs and engineers.

Qualifications

Delivered real Salesforce implementations end-to-end and ready to own major workstreams and customer relationships.
Proficient in data modeling, security and sharing, flows, and integrations.
Experience with AI-assisted requirements, design, testing, and automation.
Able to lead discovery, explain architecture to executives, and manage security reviews.

Responsibilities

Turn ambiguous inputs (RFPs, discovery notes, spreadsheets) into working Salesforce solutions.
Design standard-platform-first solutions, using custom code only where it adds value.
Configure and build with Flow, Apex, LWC, Experience Cloud, APIs, integrations, and data migration tools.
Use AI throughout delivery for requirements, design, coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and automation.
Identify constraints, dependencies, and risks before they become problems.
Present designs to CIOs, architects, security teams, procurement, and engineers.
Ensure customers can operate and extend what is delivered.
Turn lessons into reusable accelerators and tooling for delivery improvements.
