Job summary

ACS is seeking a Senior Manager of Solution Architecture in Washington, DC. This role leads the design, governance, and implementation of enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate has a strong Salesforce background combined with leadership skills to drive digital transformation initiatives.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule, with onsite work two days a week and the option to work remotely. Compensation for this role is between $150,000 and $170,000 annually and includes various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution architecture.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or architecture management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural strategy and solution design for Salesforce initiatives.
• Guide architecture decisions across Salesforce integrations and custom development.
