Job summary

Comcast Spectacor in Philadelphia is offering a Spring internship to support the BSA team's Salesforce CRM operations and analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, or related fields.

You will configure and test Salesforce workflows, assist with data hygiene, and build reports and dashboards to support marketing, sales, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, IS, Marketing Analytics, or related fields.
• Available to work minimum 20 hours/week from January to May.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Able to report in-person to the Philadelphia office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Salesforce CRM workflows configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Support data hygiene, deduplication, segmentation, and CRM enrichment.
• Generate Salesforce and BI reports and dashboards for marketing, sales, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with CRM Specialist to implement enhancements for data accuracy.
• Participate in cross-functional BSA initiatives including venue tech and reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis using Excel, SQL, or Python to support decisions.
