Zipline is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst Intern in South San Francisco for Spring 2027. You will help strengthen the CRM infrastructure, enhance data quality, and support pipeline forecasting while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

The role emphasizes building dashboards and playbooks to enable faster, data-driven decisions. You’ll work on processes, territory planning, and automation opportunities in a high-growth environment, contributing to a scalable go-to-market engine.

Qualifications

• Two years of undergraduate study in business, economics, analytics, marketing, operations, engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with data detail orientation.
• Curiosity about how sales organizations operate and willingness to learn new tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with ability to turn analysis into recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment; CRM/reporting experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Audit, standardize, and enrich CRM records to improve data quality and trust in reporting.
• Support recurring pipeline, forecast, and funnel reporting; identify trends in stage movement, aging, coverage, and conversion.
• Build account lists, market maps, and research briefs to help prioritise prospects and whitespace opportunities.
• Document and improve sales processes, including lead routing, handoffs, opportunity stages, and follow‑up workflows.
• Coordinate cross‑functional Sales Operations initiatives by tracking milestones, owners, risks, and next steps.
• Create practical dashboards, analysis, playbooks, and enablement materials for sales and leadership stakeholders.
• Identify repetitive work and evaluate automation or AI-enabled improvements.
