Comcast Spectacor invites a Spring 2027 CRM Intern to support Salesforce CRM operations and analytics at the Philadelphia venue. The role focuses on lead generation, data hygiene, and outbound marketing support, with cross-functional collaboration in BSA initiatives.

This in-person internship requires a US bachelor’s student ready to report to the Philadelphia office. We seek candidates pursuing a related degree, strong communication, and basic SQL/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a US bachelor’s program and eligible to work in the US.
• Strong communication and organization skills required.
• Familiarity with CRM and data analytics tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring Salesforce CRM workflows and automations.
• Support data hygiene, deduplication, segmentation, and enrichment.
• Generate Salesforce and BI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with CRM Specialist to implement improvements.
• Perform ad hoc analysis using Excel, SQL, Python as needed.
