Job summary

Comcast Spectacor is seeking a motivated intern to support the BSA team’s Salesforce CRM operations and broader analytics initiatives at the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, PA. The role is ideal for students pursuing Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, or related fields and requires a minimum 20 hours/week from January through May.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a U.S.-based college or university.
Available to work minimum 20 hours/week from January - May.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
Able to report in-person to the Philadelphia office unless otherwise arranged.

Responsibilities

Assist in the configuration, testing, and documentation of Salesforce CRM workflows and automations.
Support data hygiene efforts, including deduplication, segmentation, and enrichment of CRM records.
Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other BI tools to support marketing, sales, and partnership teams.
Collaborate with the CRM Specialist to identify and implement enhancements that improve user experience and data accuracy.
Participate in cross-functional BSA initiatives, including venue technology, sales enablement, and reporting.
Conduct ad hoc analysis using Excel, SQL, or Python to support strategic decision-making.
