Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a U.S.-based college or university.
• Interest in analytics, marketing analytics, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and data tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring Salesforce CRM workflows and automations.
• Support data hygiene, deduplication, segmentation, and enrichment of CRM records.
• Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce and BI tools for teams.
• Collaborate to implement enhancements improving data accuracy and UX.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis using Excel, SQL, or Python.
