• Participate in cross-functional BSA initiatives, including venue technology, sales enablement, and reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis using Excel, SQL, or Python to support strategic decision-making.

Job Summary

Comcast Spectacor is positioned as a leader in live sports and entertainment and utilizes data‑driven strategic analysis to inform the future of the company’s development. The strategy & analytics team combines industry expertise with research and rigorous financial model development to advise senior executives on key strategic priorities and initiatives. The selected candidate will be tasked with lead generation and distribution along with list development for outbound marketing. This position will be located at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the configuration, testing, and documentation of Salesforce CRM workflows and automations.
• Support data hygiene efforts, including deduplication, segmentation, and enrichment of CRM records.
• Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other BI tools to support marketing, sales, and partnership teams.
• Collaborate with the CRM Specialist to identify and implement enhancements that improve user experience and data accuracy.
• Participate in cross‑functional BSA initiatives, including venue technology, sales enablement, and reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis using Excel, SQL, or Python to support strategic decision‑making.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other customer relationship platforms.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Basic proficiency in SQL and Excel; Python or R is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to balance efforts across multiple projects – managing across multiple stakeholders over the course of the Spring internship.
• Interest in sports, entertainment, or venue operations is a bonus.

Compensation

Base Pay: $15.00. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non‑sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
