• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions.
• SQL knowledge and relational databases.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly.
