Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Salesforce CRM Intern to join our team. You will analyze CRM data, develop reports and dashboards, monitor data quality, and generate insights that inform business decisions. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August.

Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program. This role provides hands-on experience with Salesforce, analytics, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Pursuing at least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with CRM data or analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Salesforce data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Monitor CRM data quality and assist with data cleansing and governance.
• Support collection, analysis, and presentation of key metrics and adoption data.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, service and IT to gather reporting requirements and translate them into dashboards.
• Document report definitions and data sources for repeatability.
• Prepare presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
