Job summary

AssetWatch is seeking a results-driven Business Systems Analyst to bridge between Revenue Operations and the Delivery team. You will surface requirements, document user stories with acceptance criteria, and guide cross-functional discussions to align priorities.

This role emphasizes structured discovery, trade-off analysis, and ensuring smooth sprint workflows. You will own UAT, coordinate defect triage, and ensure clear communication of decisions.

Qualifications

• Lead structured discovery sessions with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Customer Success Ops, Engineering and Product.
• Translate conversations into well-formed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and document acceptance criteria.
• Align stakeholders and resolve conflicts to avoid delivery delays.
• Own UAT lifecycle with test scripts and sign-offs.
• Manage Jira backlog, sprint planning and daily standups; coordinate Salesforce support requests.
