Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance Group seeks a Sales Analyst in Sales Operations to support the SFDC CRM application and global NetApp Sales users. You will work with cross‑functional teams across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Enterprise reporting to resolve issues and implement new features.

You will perform UAT testing, data quality checks, and generate ad‑hoc reports, while ensuring SLAs and delivering a positive user experience for the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum two years CRM tool experience required.
• Minimum two years in Sales Processes/Incident (Case) management preferred.
• Salesforce.com admin experience required.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily CRM support for lead, contact, account, and opportunity management.
• Perform problem analysis and root-cause identification.
• Meet quality standards and SLAs.
• Improve sales user experience and drive process improvements.
• Conduct data quality analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
• Analyze and report support metrics.
• Learn enterprise systems integration with CRM/ERP and BI.
• Coordinate UAT for major releases and fixes.
