Job summary

• 1+ year analyzing business processes and designing Salesforce solutions.
• 1+ year experience in the insurance industry

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives, sales, and customer service to gather requirements for Salesforce projects.
• Analyze processes and identify improvements using Salesforce.
• Design Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices.
• Create user stories, process flows, and functional specs to guide development.
• Partner with Salesforce developers and admins to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and train end-users on Salesforce tools.
• Monitor KPIs to measure Salesforce initiatives.
• Stay updated on Salesforce features and industry trends.
