Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Salesforce North America Support Specialist to drive operational excellence by testing and maintaining Salesforce for Professional Sales across the US, Mexico and Canada.

You will provide hands-on Salesforce and iPad support, plus field assistance via phone and email, coordinating with the System Admin to document updates and train staff. Strong communication, multitasking, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Bilingual in Spanish or French and English.

Responsibilities

• UAT testing for NA Salesforce instances across US, Canada, Mexico.
• Provide iPad support for basic requests and issues.
• Field support via phone and email for Salesforce and tablets.
• Document enhancements and trainings with the System Admin.
• Submit Salesforce tickets to Jira with technical details.
• Communicate system updates, outages, and training materials.
