Qualifications

• At least three years of health plan experience using a CRM platform.
• Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Triage new Salesforce cases and route them appropriately.
• Assign cases to staff members and departmental queues.
• Monitor case inventory, aging, activity, and trends.
• Perform routine administrative case updates.
• Assist with case activity, productivity, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce IT team to develop reports.
• Support Salesforce training needs.
• Recommend improvements to increase departmental efficiency and quality.
