Job summary

Crowe Advisory LLC is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to bridge business problems with technical solutions for clients. You will engage directly with customers to understand needs, design custom solutions, and deliver innovative real-world results.

You will provide consultative guidance on best practices, build solution designs, and contribute to account strategy while growing technical and transferable skills in a collaborative, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ minimum experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience managing & delivering multiple projects at the same time.
• Detail‑oriented, enthusiastic, self‑starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Pre‑sales scoping, supporting a Solution Architect/Sr. Consultant, as needed.
• Documenting business requirements, functional requirements & technical requirements in a pre‑sales environment to generate a solution and Scope of Work, as needed.
• Work closely with key stakeholders (internal & client facing) to capture business needs, define requirements for the scoped work and clearly outline the affected business processes.
• Assist in fully solutioning scopes of work that meet business needs in a clear and cohesive manner, with oversight from SA/SC.
• Work at discretion of SA/SC for project implementation & architectural design by both solutioning and delivering on workstreams as identified & assigned.
• Assist in the creation of the Solution Design Documentation with the support of Technical and Solution Architect that includes but is not limited to: Detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Data dictionary, Current state and future state process flows, Wireframes and mockups.
• Use declarative functionality to build solutions & complete all assigned project actions using Salesforce and Crowe best practices.
• Assist in project delivery once work is completed by completing QA of all work, compiling change sets for deployment & assist in building all documentation for the client.
• As you continue to grow in your role and work further towards becoming a more independent consultant, you will lead smaller projects on your own from end to end with oversight from SA/SC.
