Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join its consulting team. In this role you will bridge business problems and technical solutions for clients, engaging directly to understand needs and design custom Salesforce-based solutions.

You will deliver and implement innovative real-world solutions, provide consultative industry best practices, and build trusted client partnerships while growing your technical and functional skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

2+ years' minimum experience on the Salesforce platform.
Experience managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to obtain Salesforce Admin and Consulting Cloud certifications.

Responsibilities

Pre-sales scoping, supporting a Solution Architect, as needed.
Document business, functional, and technical requirements to generate a Scope of Work.
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and outline affected processes.
Create and review the Solution Design Documentation with oversight from SA/SC.
Use declarative functionality to build Salesforce solutions following Crowe best practices.
Lead smaller projects end-to-end with oversight from SA/SC as you grow.
