Qualifications

• Competency & experience with Salesforce core products
• 2+ years' minimum experience on the Salesforce platform
• Experience managing & delivering multiple projects at the same time
• Strong, dynamic communication skills - both written & verbal
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales scoping and supporting a Solution Architect/Sr. Consultant
• Document business, functional and technical requirements for pre-sales
• Work with stakeholders to capture business needs and outline processes
• Assist in defining scopes of work aligned with business needs
• Develop Solution Design Documentation with ER diagrams and data dictionaries
• Use declarative Salesforce functionality to build solutions
• QA completed work and prepare deployment change sets
• Lead smaller projects end-to-end with oversight
