Responsibilities

• Pre-sales scoping and supporting a Solution Architect as needed.
• Documenting business, functional, and technical requirements for pre-sales.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and define scope.
• Assist in fully solutioning scopes of work with SA/SC oversight.
• Build solutions using declarative functionality in Salesforce with best practices.
• QA delivery, compile change sets for deployment, and document for clients.
• Lead smaller projects end-to-end with oversight.
