Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to bridge business problems and technical solutions for clients in a hybrid US-based role. You will engage customers, design custom solutions, and deliver innovative outcomes across Salesforce projects.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years on the Salesforce platform, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A Bachelor's degree is required, with opportunities for certification and growth within Crowe.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' minimum experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience delivering multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 20% minimum.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales scoping and supporting a Solution Architect/Sr. Consultant, as needed.
• Document business, functional and technical requirements to generate a solution Scope of Work in pre-sales.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to capture business needs and define requirements.
• Assist in shaping scopes of work with SA/SC oversight and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Contribute to project design and delivery across workstreams, including architecture decisions.
• Create Solution Design Documentation: user stories, ER diagrams, data dictionaries, current/future state flows.
• Leverage Salesforce and Crowe best practices to build and validate solutions.
• Perform QA, compile change sets for deployment, and document client deliverables.
• Progress to leading smaller projects end-to-end with oversight.
