Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years leading organizational change management for large enterprise tech.
• Experience supporting CRM/ERP or enterprise apps, Salesforce preferred.
• Proven success in enterprise-wide change, communications, and adoption.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs and readiness plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategy for a large Salesforce implementation.
• Develop and execute change management plans to drive user adoption.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT, and stakeholders for alignment.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and change readiness activities.
• Create communication plans, training strategies, and user guides.
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for adoption.
• Support process improvements and optimize system utilization.
