Job summary

ZipStaff seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager - Salesforce to lead high-priority IT initiatives in Washington, DC. You will drive Salesforce integrations, modernization efforts, and the sunset of legacy tools within Safety and APD portfolios.

You will partner with IT leadership and business units to define roadmaps, manage risks, and deliver multi-year transformations focused on secure, scalable digital workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT Project Management with Salesforce experience.
• Experience with enterprise application rationalization and tech-stack optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Executive presentation, negotiation and cross-functional leadership in complex environments.
• Ability to work on-site in Washington, DC and be US-work authorized.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce rationalization, consolidation and modernization projects.
• Define scopes, governance, budgets and milestones for current and future years.
• Serve as liaison between executive leadership, business teams and vendors.
• Oversee data migration, transition and change management for sunset of legacy tools.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, ensure quality and compliance.
• Align system requirements with strategic organizational goals.
