Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Salesforce-focused Business Consultant to bridge business strategy and technical execution. You will design, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities, to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration within a hybrid Columbus, OH environment. Ideal candidates have Salesforce Administrator experience, strong reporting skills, and a willingness to obtain

Qualifications

Requires Salesforce administration experience with platform configuration and ongoing support.
Strong reporting and dashboard design skills for multiple stakeholders.
Certification in Salesforce Agentforce preferred; willingness to obtain if needed.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Salesforce to support evolving Retirement Solutions needs.
Build and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
Apply Salesforce AI/Agentforce capabilities to drive intelligent automation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
Manage deadlines, track dependencies, and communicate status and risks.
