Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise CRM platforms.
• Strong business acumen with excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior management.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience (5+ years) required; Tableau, CRMA, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, and certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication; experience with end-user CRM adoption for Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams.
• Insurance industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with business groups, translate needs into quantifiable business requirements.
• Define As-Is and To-Be processes, use cases, and plans; build consensus among stakeholders.
• Identify and analyze complex business processes requiring change.
• Serve as liaison between business groups and IT to clarify requirements.
• Collaborate with IT to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Communicate status of deliverables and timelines; document and elevate issues.
• Perform gap analysis and suggest best-practice solutions.
• Perform some level of Salesforce configurations.
• Identify, document, and prioritize AI use cases across Salesforce data.
• Evaluate Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce capabilities, and AI-enabled features.
• Support discovery, solution design, testing, and adoption of AI-enabled Salesforce features.
• Leverage Tableau and CRM analytics to define reporting and dashboards.
• Track progress, identify risks, and manage constraints.
• Work autonomously and in fast-paced team environments.
