Job summary

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Business Consultant – Salesforce in Columbus, OH. You will bridge business strategy and technical execution, configuring Salesforce, building reports and dashboards, and leveraging AI capabilities to automate and improve outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have Salesforce Administrator experience, strong reporting skills, and familiarity with Agentforce and Salesforce AI.

Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator experience required with platform configuration and ongoing support.
Strong reporting and dashboard skills to design, build, maintain and improve insights for stakeholders.
Salesforce Agentforce certification is strongly preferred; experience with Salesforce AI capabilities is a plus.
Consultative business perspective to translate data into actionable business value.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Salesforce to support evolving Retirement Solutions needs, including workflows and scalable configurations.
Build and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards for actionable insights and decision support.
Apply Salesforce AI and Agentforce capabilities to identify opportunities for intelligent automation and improved user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical Salesforce solutions and provide clear recommendations.
