Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Salesforce to support Retirement Solutions needs, including workflows and automation.
Build and enhance Salesforce reports/dashboards for actionable insights.
Apply Salesforce AI and Agentforce capabilities to automate and optimize processes.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into practical solutions.
Manage deadlines, track dependencies, and communicate status and risks clearly.
Perform recurring data loads and other scheduled processes with accuracy and controls.
Document and improve operational processes for repeatable delivery.
Advise on Salesforce best practices and reporting strategy to improve outcomes.
