Job summary

Hikko is seeking a Salesforce Field Service Consultant to design and implement solutions that optimize field operations. You will translate business needs into scalable Field Service solutions through hands-on configuration and close collaboration with stakeholders.

You will gather requirements, design FSL configurations, and optimize scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce processes while ensuring successful testing, deployments, and user training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce Field Service (FSL) experience.
• Strong understanding of service and field operations processes.
• Experience in configuration (Flows, basic automation, standard features).
• Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to field operations and service processes
• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
• Configure core FSL components such as Service Territories, Work Types, Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Scheduling Policies
• Optimize scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce processes
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and custom developments when needed
• Support testing, deployments, and user training
• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations
