Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively to support research, analysis, documentation and productivity.
• Understanding of workflow diagrams, requirements analysis, relational and object-oriented database concepts, and SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Azure DevOps is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support business analysis, reporting, and QA activities for ABA’s Salesforce-based association management system.
• Assist with requirements analysis, process documentation, and enhancements to regression testing and reporting capabilities.
• Develop and organize a wiki-based repository for business process documentation.
• Analyze data quality issues and support timely resolution.
• Help establish and maintain a process for publishing release notes and updated training content on the intranet.
