• Assist with congressional outreach efforts by tracking legislative activity, maintaining stakeholder contact lists, and supporting communications with congressional offices and committees.
• Monitor congressional hearings, briefings, and policy developments; prepare summaries, research memos, and background materials for internal stakeholders.
• Manage and update advocacy-related webpages and digital content to ensure information is accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational priorities.
• Review, edit, and coordinate joint trades letters, comment letters, and other advocacy materials to support policy initiatives and industry engagement.
• Attend congressional hearings, briefings, or industry events as needed in addition to standard business hours.
