Western & Southern Financial Group in Cincinnati is seeking a Salesforce IT Business Analyst II to join the Salesforce Team within IT. You will translate business needs into clear Salesforce requirements and collaborate with stakeholders across departments.

You will work with Product Owners, BSA peers, developers and QA in an Agile environment, focusing on Financial Service Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and related tools. 3–5 years of BA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional business analysis experience.
• Experience gathering requirements and knowledge of Agile/Story Cards.
• Direct Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud business analysis is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Identify and articulate business requirements for the Salesforce suite (Financial Service Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Communicate requirements to Salesforce solution/development teams through story cards in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business SMEs, BAs, Developers and QA to deliver solutions.
