Job summary

NPR is seeking a strategic Salesforce Business Analyst to join a dedicated team maintaining our enterprise Salesforce CRM. You will bridge business objectives with technical design, document data models, and collaborate with stakeholders from across NPR and its member stations.

The role emphasizes translating complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, guiding product managers, and leading UAT and training to ensure smooth feature adoption in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of dedicated experience in business analysis within Salesforce.
• Solid working knowledge of core Salesforce capabilities, configuration options, security models, and declarative automation tools.
• Proven ability to facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with non-technical partners and translate needs into specs.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaborative workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business processes.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria and process maps.
• Prioritize Salesforce backlog with Product Managers and evaluate strategic value.
• Collaborate with Senior Administrators and Developers to design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Assess impact on existing architectures and integrations.
• Design UAT scripts, coordinate testing, and prepare end-user training.
• Lead project delivery as a functional lead and manage timelines.
• Promote Salesforce-native best practices across teams.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to foster collaboration.
