Job summary

MCE in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Salesforce CRM Associate or Analyst to ensure the CRM supports staff and agency needs. You will gather requirements, document requests, design and deploy solutions, and train users across departments and with external consultants.

The role combines business analysis with product management, managing sandboxes, licenses, data flows, and testing, while coordinating with teams across time zones to deliver on schedule and maintain data privacy and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM fields.
• 3+ years in Salesforce Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with automated testing solutions.
• Preferred experience with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate to Salesforce solutions.
