Job summary

Aretiforce – Climate positive Salesforce recruitment is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a large-scale Salesforce transformation programme in the United States. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating needs into clear Salesforce requirements across multiple implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT/business analysis/tech delivery experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Business Analyst experience.
• Experience on complex Salesforce implementations or transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality, data structures, reporting, and automation.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or other Salesforce Clouds.
• Requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience.
• Creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and production releases.
• Experience with Salesforce data and Data Loader.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand processes, challenges, and business objectives with stakeholders.
• Gather, analyse, and document functional requirements.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and other functional artefacts.
• Perform business and solution gap analysis.
• Partner closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Administrators, and other technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Review proposed solutions and ensure alignment with requirements and Salesforce best practices.
• Analyse Salesforce data and create or utilise reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Support testing activities, including UAT, regression testing, defect validation, and release readiness.
• Participate in solution demonstrations and stakeholder walkthroughs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through Salesforce automation and optimisation.
• Assist with data analysis, extraction, and migration-related activities.
• Support issue investigation and defect triage throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Develop user documentation and support end-user training where required.
• Maintain clear communication between business and technical stakeholders throughout delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a large-scale Salesforce transformation programme.

You will act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable Salesforce requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working across Salesforce implementations and be comfortable owning requirements from discovery through testing and deployment.

Required Experience

• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, data structures, reporting, and automation
• Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or other Salesforce Clouds
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation
• Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and production releases
• Ability to analyse Salesforce data and work with tools such as Data Loader
• Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
