Job summary

Saasphire Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise. This fully remote, India-based, 6-month rolling contract offers the chance to shape the Sales Cloud from lead to order and to work with UK stakeholders.

You will run discovery workshops, write user stories and specs, review builds with architects, support go-live, and ensure user adoption. 7+ years in BA and 4+ years in Sales Cloud are required, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 7 years of business analysis, including at least one Sales Cloud implementation or major enhancement where you owned the requirements.
• 4+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Clear process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops and map the sales process from lead to opportunity, forecast, and quote or order.
• Write requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and the functional specification.
• Shape the Sales Cloud design: Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Price Books, Forecasts, page layouts, paths, validation rules, Flow, reports, and dashboards.
• Review the build with architects and developers, run UAT, and support go-live and user adoption.
• Be the functional contact for client stakeholders, including UK clients, with overlap on UK business hours.

Engagement: Full-time, fully remote from India. 6-month rolling contract, with conversion to permanent based on performance.

• Write requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and the functional specification.
• Shape the Sales Cloud design: Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Price Books, Forecasts, page layouts, paths, validation rules, Flow, reports, and dashboards.

Required
