Job summary

OneEnergy Renewables seeks an Associate Salesforce Administrator to provide user support, maintain training materials, and help develop new functionality. You will collaborate with the Salesforce Manager and Senior Business Process Analyst to enhance case management and system enhancements. Reports to the Salesforce Manager.

You will help implement configurations, build dashboards, and lead end-user training sessions to improve efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

1–2 years of helpdesk or customer support experience.
1–2 years of Salesforce administrator experience.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience supporting Salesforce Campaigns is a plus.
Roll up your sleeves attitude with integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve issues submitted to the internal support desk.
Create and maintain training documentation for Salesforce and related systems.
Identify patterns in support cases and assist in developing improvement roadmaps.
Implement minor Salesforce configuration changes (fields, page layouts, sharing settings).
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for end users.
Lead virtual and in-person end user training.
