Job summary

OneEnergyis seeking an Associate Salesforce Administrator to provide user support, maintain training documentation, and assist in developing new functionality. This role reports to the Salesforce Manager and works closely with the Senior Business Process Analyst to optimize case management and system enhancements.

The candidate will coordinate with stakeholders, design reports, and lead end-user training while growing knowledge of our renewable energy projects and enterprise processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of helpdesk or customer support experience.
• 1-2 years of Salesforce administrator experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience supporting Salesforce Campaigns is a plus.
• Desire to understand the company's business processes.
• Roll up your sleeves attitude and accountability.
• Demonstrated integrity, credibility and professional responsibility.
• Willingness to contribute to a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve issues submitted to the internal support desk.
• Create and maintain training documentation for Salesforce and related systems.
• Identify patterns in support cases and help develop an improvement roadmap.
• Implement minor Salesforce configuration changes (fields, page layouts, sharing).
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for end users.
• Lead virtual and in-person end user training.
