Job summary

OneEnergy Renewables is seeking an Associate Salesforce Administrator to support users, maintain training materials, and assist in developing new functionality. You will collaborate with the Salesforce Manager to improve case management, training docs, and system enhancements.

The role reports to the Salesforce Manager. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of Salesforce admin experience, strong communication, and a bias for scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of helpdesk or customer support experience.
• 1–2 years of Salesforce administrator experience.
• Experience supporting Salesforce Campaigns is a plus.
• Desire to learn company processes and industry.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve issues submitted to the internal support desk.
• Create and maintain training documentation for Salesforce and related systems.
• Identify patterns in support cases and help roadmap improvements.
• Implement minor Salesforce configuration changes (fields, layouts, sharing).
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce reports & dashboards for end users.
• Lead virtual and in-person end user training.
