Job summary

OneEnergy Renewables in Boulder seeks an Associate Salesforce Administrator to provide user support, maintain training documents, and assist in developing new functionality. Reporting to the Salesforce Manager, you will collaborate with the Senior Business Process Analyst to optimize case management and system enhancements.

The role involves resolving helpdesk tickets, creating training materials, building Salesforce reports, and leading end-user training sessions—both virtually and in person.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of helpdesk or customer support experience.
• 1–2 years of Salesforce administrator experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience supporting Salesforce Campaigns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve issues submitted to the internal support desk.
• Create and maintain training documentation for Salesforce and related systems
• Identify and communicate patterns in support cases and assist in development of a roadmap for improvements
• Implement minor Salesforce configuration changes, including fields, page layouts, and sharing settings
• Design, develop, maintain Salesforce reports & dashboards for end users within the company
• Lead virtual and in-person end user training
