Job summary

Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation (NMIC) is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to guide a major Salesforce transformation and help staff leverage data for client service. You’ll support the NPC environment, data systems, and reporting under the Lead Systems Developer, ensuring governance and frontline effectiveness across programs.

The role is hybrid, with one in-office day per week at NMIC's main office in New York, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience, nonprofit setting preferred.
• Hands-on with Flow Builder, profiles, sharing rules, objects, fields, formulas.
• Experience with reports/dashboards, data imports/exports, data quality.

Responsibilities

• Configure and update Salesforce, including flows and permission sets.
• Provide helpdesk support and user onboarding/training.
• Maintain data quality and perform routine updates/imports.
• Build reports/dashboards and support program reporting.
• Collaborate with implementation partners for rollout and data migration.
