Job summary

NMIC is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to guide a major Salesforce transformation and expand internal Salesforce capacity for ongoing ownership of the NPC environment. You will support staff across programs in data-driven service delivery and reporting, while ensuring data security and continuous improvement.

You will work under the Lead Systems Developer, handling configuration, testing, documentation, and user training, with a strong focus on nonprofit data structures and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with nonprofit exposure.
• 2+ years as Salesforce Administrator in a nonprofit setting preferred (NPC/NPSP).
• Familiarity with Salesforce core features and nonprofit data models.

Responsibilities

• Configure and update Salesforce including flows, validation rules, page layouts and permission sets.
• Provide helpdesk support and training for staff using Salesforce.
• Ensure data quality and security across systems and data migration efforts.
• Collaborate with implementation partner on rollout, testing and training.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data documentation.
