Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in New York City is seeking a Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce environment. You will drive user adoption, data quality initiatives, and system enhancements for NPC and related clouds.

The role focuses on automation, reporting, security, and user enablement, partnering with stakeholders to enhance nonprofit operations and ensure scalable, reliable insights across ~30+ users with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) or NPSP.
• Strong experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and process automation.
• Experience managing data quality initiatives including governance and duplicates.
• Proficiency creating reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights for users.
• Experience supporting Salesforce end users and driving platform adoption.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
• Experience making UI enhancements and system configuration changes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud platform for performance and reliability.
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate processes.
• Improve data quality through governance, cleansing, and deduplication.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide leadership insights.
• Drive user adoption through training and documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support and issues.
• Manage a Salesforce helpdesk process and ticket backlog.
• Configure user profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
• Implement UI enhancements and layout improvements for usability.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into system changes.
• Support a growing user base with scalable processes and documentation.
