Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Salesforce administration: user accounts, permissions, security, data management.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, list views to support university operations.
• Assist with Salesforce configuration: fields, objects, page layouts, rules, and automation.
• Support development and maintenance of Salesforce Flows and declarative solutions.
• Provide user training and support to departments and end users.
• Participate in data analysis, quality initiatives, and integration with other university systems.
• Document business processes, data definitions, configurations, and technical solutions.
• Engage in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment to ensure reliability and data integrity.
• Gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain system documentation and knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams on CRM, reporting, and data projects.
• Pursue ongoing Salesforce training and certification.
