Qualifications

• 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience.
• Enterprise Software Administrator I requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience or a master’s (or equivalency) degree.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience through employment, internships, academic projects, or Trailhead.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user accounts and data management.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views to support operations.
• Assist with Salesforce configuration, including fields, objects, page layouts, and automation.
• Support development of Salesforce Flows and declarative solutions.
• Provide user training and guidelines to departments and end users.
• Assist with data analysis, data quality, and reporting across university systems.
• Document business processes and technical solutions; support testing and deployment.
