Qualifications

Job Summary

Enterprise Software Administrator The Salesforce Administrator I supports the administration,enhancement, and ongoing success of the university's Salesforceplatform. Working alongside a team of Salesforce-certifiedprofessionals, this role helps configure solutions, support users,improve business processes, and maintain a secure and reliable CRMenvironment.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, includinguser accounts, permissions, security settings, and datamanagement.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, list views, and othertools that support university operations and decision-making.
• Assist with Salesforce configuration, including fields, objects,page layouts, validation rules, and automation.
• Support the development and maintenance of Salesforce Flows andother declarative solutions.
• Provide user support, training, and guidance to departments andend users.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and data qualityinitiatives involving Salesforce and related universitysystems.
• Help document business processes, data definitions, systemconfigurations, and technical solutions.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deploymentactivities to ensure system reliability, data integrity, andsuccessful system enhancements.
• Help gather and document business requirements and help translatethem into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and knowledge-baseresources.
• Collaborate with university stakeholders and IT teams to supportCRM, reporting, and data-related projects.
• Pursue ongoing Salesforce training, certification, andprofessional development.
• Support the development, testing, implementation, and continuousimprovement of Salesforce solutions and related initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
