Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Austin seeks a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the strategy, optimization, and governance of its Salesforce platform. You will partner with business and technical teams to improve processes, drive adoption, enhance reporting, maintain data quality, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of configuration, Flow automation, security, reporting, and data management.
• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations, deployments, and release management.
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

An innovative, high-growth organization is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the strategy, optimization, and governance of its Salesforce platform. This role will partner with business and technical teams to improve processes, drive adoption, enhance reporting, maintain data quality, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce including custom objects, fields, flows, page layouts, validation rules, and automation.
• Manage platform security, user access, permission sets, profiles, sharing rules, and governance.
• Maintain data quality through cleansing, duplicate management, imports, migrations, and ongoing data governance.
• Develop and support reports, dashboards, and analytics for business stakeholders and leadership.
• Partner with development and integration teams to support Salesforce integrations and platform enhancements.
• Lead release management, UAT, deployment planning, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Train users, create documentation, and promote Salesforce best practices and adoption.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features, AI capabilities, and automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator (Administrator II) certifications preferred.
• Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, Flow automation, security, reporting, and data management.
• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations, deployments, and release management.
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform Developer certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Field Service, or OmniStudio.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, CRM Analytics, or similar reporting tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, GitHub, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Salesforce AI, Agentforce, and enterprise integrations.
