Convene Inc. in Tampa, FL, seeks a Salesforce Administrator to manage day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce.com for US-based clients.

The role will collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and vendors to drive adoption of Salesforce as the primary tool for customer service, sales, and marketing. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, and proficiency

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience with Lightning platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
• Proficient in SQL and Apex programming.
• Salesforce QA experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and other automation
• Monitor and analyze Salesforce usage to ensure that the system is being used to its fullest potential
• Develop, document, and maintain operational processes and procedures related to Salesforce
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce usage
